Go to Mistveil Keep and tell the Jarl about the Skooma dealer. I thought Khajiit or Argonian Heads on Nords would look hilarious. So I thought it would be funnier and more realistic if you people would look weird, when you have taken skooma. There was this purple Skooma Drug Effect from a mod and Haelga with a Khajiit Head.
